Mr. McCallister joined Denmon Engineering in June, 2016 and has 12 years of experience in civil engineering.

Mr. McCallister has experience in Preliminary Site Investigation where he has been responsible for code research in order to ensure design parameters can be achieved, dialogue with local utility providers to ensure access and capacity limits, dialogue with state highway officials to confirm access and drainage requirements based on proposed land use/occupancy, etc.

Mr. McCallister has experience in Engineering Design where he has been responsible for coordinating and completing the design of infrastructure (i.e. sewer, storm water drainage, and domestic water), design of street and parking facilities, design of storm water overland routes, preparation/submittal of local and state Drainage Impact Statements, preparation/submittal of local and state Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, etc. Mr. McCallister has been directly involved in the site layout and design for numerous projects including private subdivisions, public retail properties, municipal drainage improvement projects, and healthcare facilities.

Mr. McCallister has experience in Client Relations where he has been responsible for collaborating on Master Layout Plans, optimization of each site based on project budget, representation during pre-design meetings with local government /code administrators/utility providers, oversight of approval timeline for construction scheduling, etc.
Mr. McCallister has experience in Construction Management where he has been responsible for working closely with contractors to achieve the desired product based on approved plans, coordination with contractors to solve various field issues that may arise during all phases of the construction process, conducting field inspections to ensure quality of work as required by developer/owner and/or local government, maintaining value-engineering goals as required by developer/owner/investors, etc.

Mr. McCallister has experience with Software Applications which include, but is not limited to AutoCAD Civil 3-D, HydrWin, Maptech, MathCAD, and Terrain Navigator-Pro.
